About FITCH aka Rocky

FITCH, also known as Rocky, is a striking 6-year-old Rottweiler who was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas in 2022. After spending four years with a loving family in Elgin, he now faces some challenges with the arrival of a new toddler in the home. While he remains gentle and non-aggressive, he tends to keep his distance from the toddler to avoid stress. Fitch has experienced a great life with another active dog and should find a calmer environment where he can thrive. He is housebroken, crate trained, and knows how to walk on a leash. This friendly boy is looking for a home without young children to keep his spirit high. Click apply to start the adoption process.
