About Olive

Olive is a young, spayed female Dachshund who has faced some challenges in finding her forever home. Surrendered when her previous owner could no longer care for her, she was briefly adopted but returned due to a disagreement with a small dog in the home. Fortunately, Olive seems to get along well with larger dogs and has also been great with children aged 9 and 10, proving she can be a wonderful family companion. She has been treated for parasites, is microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations. Her heartworm test came back negative, and she's on a preventive plan for fleas, ticks, and heartworms. If you're interested in meeting Olive, please complete the online adoption application with the Denison Animal Welfare Group. Adoption fee is $100. Click apply to start the adoption process.
