Rascal is a four-year-old mixed breed who is currently getting used to indoor life at the shelter. Transitioning from an outside existence, he now enjoys a cozy spot and protection from the loud sounds of thunder. Known as a Velcro dog, Rascal loves to be close to his humans and often finds his way between your legs or leans on you when you bend down. He’s a quiet companion who speaks with a unique sound that resembles a mix between a hound howl and a large man's belch. With his round, expressive eyes and an eagerness for affection, you’ll find it hard to resist giving him belly rubs and hearty pets. Rascal is looking for a loving family to make him a part of their lives. This friendly guy is ready for a successful adoption and a future filled with joy!
