About Bensen

Meet Bensen, a spirited Jack Russell Terrier with a splash of charm. He’s a bit reserved at first, definitely needing a proper introduction before awarding you full access to his heart. A few friendly barks will let you know he’s on guard, but once you’re in his good books, this playful pup is all about love and companionship. Bensen is quite the affectionate buddy. He’ll snuggle in your lap and is more than ready for cozy bedtime cuddles. Playtime is essential for him, especially with squeaky toys, yet he also appreciates winding down after an active day. Bensen is housebroken and crate trained, and he patiently waits at mealtime—such a polite pup! He currently lives with other dogs and gets along well with them, but he wouldn’t mind being the center of your world either. Bensen operates on his own schedule when it comes to walks, so a little patience is helpful as he learns teamwork in this area. He may take a moment to warm up, but trust that once Bensen loves you, he loves you fiercely. Make sure you meet his adoption requirements to start your journey together!
