About Mabel

Mabel is a charming and quirky cat, finally ready to leave her street life behind for a loving home. She was rescued from the streets of Harlem after raising five healthy kittens, all of whom have found their forever homes. Now it's her turn to shine! In foster care, Mabel has blossomed from a scared stray to an affectionate indoor companion. She's a true foodie with a passion for wet food, Churu treats, and engaging puzzle toys. Her love of food helps bond her with her humans and brings out her playful side—don't be fooled by her short legs; she can leap and frolic like a kitten when a string toy appears! With the softest calico fur, Mabel enjoys gentle pets and is wonderfully vocal, often chirping to express her feelings. She offers sweet slow-blinks and affectionate head-butts to those she trusts and has a delightful habit of curling up on her favorite mat when napping. Mabel will thrive best in the care of an experienced adopter who can give her the time and patience she deserves as she settles into her new life. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
