About Nova
Meet Nova, a delightful 2-year-old girl weighing about 45 pounds. With a mix of Australian Cattle Dog and Pointer in her blood, she brings a lovely combination of traits to the table. Nova has had a tough start in life, rescued from a neglectful situation where she was left outside on a chain. Now, she's settling into a private foster home in Texas, and her personality shines through. She's quiet and easygoing, potty, leash, and crate trained, and loves to hang out on the couch or follow you around. Nova is friendly with dogs and children, making her a great companion for families. While she does well in the car and enjoys socializing, she does have a strong curiosity around cats and some prey drive, especially with grasshoppers and chickens. Nova is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. Currently, she tested low positive for heartworm, but she's undergoing treatment. She will come with the necessary supplies to continue her care at home. Ready for a new adventure with a loyal and loving companion? Click apply to start the adoption process.
