About Electra at Fat Cat

Electra at Fat Cat is an extraordinary cat in search of her forever home. She's 4 years old, a medium-sized Domestic Short Hair with a beautiful brown tabby coat. Electra is FIV positive, but don't let that scare you; many FIV+ cats live long, happy lives. FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus and is not easily spread. The most common way it transmits is through deep bite wounds or during pregnancy. It cannot be spread through daily interactions like sharing food bowls or grooming. Electra is house trained and has been spayed and vaccinated. She is good with other cats, making her a great addition to multi-cat households. Though she has special needs, this simply means she might enjoy a little extra care. After all, who wouldn’t love to pamper a kitty? Come meet Electra at Fat Cat Books, or reach out to apply for adoption today!
