Though Jasper is very affectionate and well-cared for, he needs to be adopted with Claire, who is a 7-pound tan canine. They’ve formed a strong bond and we strongly believe adopting them together is essential. Senior dogs like Jasper often have a harder time finding homes, and black dogs are often overlooked. However, Jasper deserves a chance at happiness after everything he has been through. Located in Waco, Texas, they can be transported to the nearest major city with a fee of $125 each.
