About Lightfury
Meet Lightfury — your little dragon with a heart full of love! At just 3 months old, Lightfury is ready to soar into someone's heart and find the forever family she's always deserved. This adorable girl is believed to be a Schnauzer mix and may not have magical powers like her How to Train Your Dragon namesake, but she certainly has a bright future ahead. Lightfury and her siblings were found abandoned, robbed of the chance to know safety and comfort. Thankfully, a wonderful foster stepped in, providing the care and love they desperately needed. Now, Lightfury is learning that people can be kind and that there’s always a safe place to sleep. She’s ready to grow and explore all the good things life has to offer. At this age, she’s perfect for starting to learn household routines, basic manners, and socialization. Her future family should be equipped with patience to handle puppy antics and the commitment to guide her as she matures. Lightfury deserves the time and affection that will help her blossom into a wonderful companion. Currently fostered in Brownsville, Texas, she will be transported to Maryland on 10/22.
