GUMBO PRESENTS: JAKOB Gumbo here. This is Jakob, a male poodle mix puppy who showed up for his adoption photo with his tongue sticking out. No tie. No résumé. Just a tiny blep and the confidence that somebody will pay his bills. Honestly? Excellent understanding of how being a dog works. Jakob has a handsome black coat, floppy ears, and a face that makes you say, “Oh, just one more puppy wouldn’t hurt.” That sentence is how Madame Director gets us into these situations. This little boy is looking for someone to grow up with. Someone who will teach him where to potty, what he can chew, and how to navigate a big world on those little puppy paws. He’ll need patience, kind training, and a family committed to him through the baby stage, the teenage nonsense, and all the years afterward. Looking this cute is his current qualification. The rest takes teamwork. Imagine being the person who gets to tell him, “Come on, Jakob. Let’s go home.” Even I’ll admit—that’s better than any sales pitch I could write. Message No Greater Love Rescue to learn about adopting Jakob. And please excuse the tongue. Our photography department apparently accepts raspberries as professional headshots. — Gumbo Head of Puppy Advertising and Unsolicited Commentary Adoption Fees: Puppies/Small Breeds: $450 Dogs Ages 1-3: $300 Dogs Ages 3+: $250 We are located in Fosters, AL and provide transport!
