About Bourbon
Bourbon is a lively, nearly 2-year-old mixed breed dog who tips the scales at 68 lbs. He’s confident, athletic, and bursting with personality. Bourbon embodies the spirit of adventure and is always eager to explore the outdoors or dive into a game of fetch. With his goofy antics and playful spirit, he’s known for his full-body wiggles and charm that wins over everyone he meets. You’ll find him equally happy cuddling on the couch or engaging in some mental stimulation games, especially if treats are involved. He thrives in an active home that includes him in everyday activities. Bourbon is medium to high energy, loving long hikes and romps in the yard, but he’s also content to entertain himself with toys. In his foster home, he gets along well with dogs, cats, and older kids, though he may need supervision with younger children due to his exuberance. Ideally, he would enjoy being the only pet for maximum attention, but he can coexist well with a friendly female dog or a calm male. He's potty trained, crate trained, and comfortable on a leash. Bourbon seeks a family that can match his fun-loving energy and include him in their adventures. Bourbon is currently in a foster home in St. Louis Park, MN, and is ready for a fun-loving forever home. If you think you can be his adventure buddy and cuddle companion, reach out today!
