Through love, therapy, and some creative medical care, he has made impressive strides. While he may not be a typical pup, Walter doesn’t care. He’s all about enjoying life! Walter loves to play, especially with other dogs. His favorite activities include running, wrestling, and playing tug-of-war, which also helps his therapy. He's crate trained and housebroken, understanding that outside is where he should go. However, his signals may need a little patience from his new family. Walter can manage stairs but going down isn't always safe for his joints, so a home without stairs would be best. He may not have the stamina for long walks, but you'd be surprised how much he enjoys adventures when riding in a wagon. Walter is looking for a loving home that sees his potential rather than limitations. His spirit shines bright, and he can't wait for someone to be his forever family.
