About Bowie

Bowie is a calm and steady companion who settles in easily wherever he goes. He walks nicely on a leash and sleeps through the night in our groom room without any issues. Bowie enjoys the company of other dogs and gets along well with everyone he meets. He’s a great passenger in the car, having no trouble with motion sickness, and is fully housetrained. His energy is low but steady, and at 8 years old, he still moves well. Bowie is devoted to his people, eagerly following you from room to room, offering affectionate kisses and always wanting to stay close. Currently, he has tested positive for heartworms and has yet to begin treatment, which will involve some medication and limited activity. Thankfully, relaxing is something Bowie excels at, and aside from the heartworm issue, his health is good. This loving dog is ready to find a caring home where he can continue to thrive.
