He’s smart, well-mannered, and has a joyful spirit, often expressing his excitement with sweet howls that endear him to the staff. Salt Water has quickly become a favorite among everyone here, and it's hard to believe he’s still waiting for a family. We promised him that the rest of his life would be the best of his life.
