About Tommy

Tommy is a shy and sweet four-year-old, 11.7-pound male cat with striking golden eyes and a beautiful orange and white coat. He’s well-behaved at home, is great with his litter box, and enjoys ipad games with his favorite humans. Tommy has tested positive for feline leukemia (FeLV), which means he can only live with other FeLV-positive cats or friendly dogs. Currently, he’s thriving at a doggie daycare and gets along well with dogs. While Tommy is talkative and engaging with his loved ones, he tends to be timid around strangers. He might take time to warm up, so patience is key. His ear tip signifies that he's part of a TNR program, and he's been both vaccinated and microchipped. Tommy is also house trained, but as a special-needs cat, he should ideally be placed in a caring environment where he can gradually adapt. Adoption applications can be filled out through Friends of Petraits. If you're ready for this gentle soul to join your family, he cannot wait to meet you!
