About Nina

Nina is a spayed female mixed breed dog, weighing around 35 pounds and just 2 years old. She comes from an owner surrender situation and is adapting to a new environment. Nina is friendly and interacts well with other dogs, particularly preferring those with a lower energy level. She can be a bit nervous in the shelter but is easy to leash and allows handling all over her body. While she knows basic commands like sit, she does pull and weave slightly on the leash. Nina is gentle when taking treats and has a low to moderate energy level, making her a great companion for someone looking for a calm presence. She’s also fully vaccinated, licensed, and microchipped. It's worth noting that she does not do well with small children and would suit an adult-only home or one with older kids. This welcoming girl is ready for a loving home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
