About Maggie

Maggie is a lively spayed female Shepherd Mix searching for her forever home. She came to the shelter as a stray, so her background is a bit of a mystery. What we do know is that Maggie is quite the climber, capable of scaling 4 to 6 feet of wire fencing, so she needs secure outdoor space and can’t just roam in a typical fenced yard. She gets along well with other dogs her size, but she isn't fond of smaller animals, making a home with cats or tiny dogs unsuitable for her. Maggie is still working on her house training, making her best fit for someone willing to guide her. If you're interested in meeting this spirited girl, you can call the Wyandot County Humane Society at (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 to set up an appointment. Give her the chance she deserves — she’s ready to love and be loved. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
