About Jordy
Jordy is an 18-month-old Jack Russell Terrier and Miniature Pinscher mix who found himself at the rescue after his previous owner felt the family situation wasn't right for a dog. This lively little guy thrives in an active environment, making him ideal for a couple or family that enjoys outdoor adventures. He gets along well with dogs and can play with cats, although he has a tendency to chase them for fun. Jordy is quite protective of his food and toys, which he's been working on improving in training for the past month. As such, he'll do best in a home with older teenagers and adults, as he’s not a fit for homes with small children. He's impressively intelligent, loves to fetch, and will need guidance on dropping the ball without a treat as motivation. After playtime, he enjoys cuddle sessions, and he’s crate-trained, although he’s also your early morning alarm clock! A fenced yard is required for this energetic guy, ensuring he has space to run and play. If you're looking for a playful companion who can keep up with your adventures, Jordy might be the perfect fit. Ready to make him a part of your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
