The moment you meet him, you’ll be greeted with his bright, friendly demeanor that’s sure to put a smile on your face. With soulful eyes that seem to express his love, Rocky has an affectionate nature that makes him incredibly easy to adore. He arrived at a local animal shelter in Houston, Texas, and now he is thriving in a loving foster home, grateful for the chance to enjoy life and companionship once more. Rocky’s personality shines brightly; he is gentle, affectionate, and always happy to meet new people, including canine friends. A little curious about squirrels, he’s currently learning to admire them from a distance, while he enjoys his daily walks — he generally walks beautifully on a leash. Though he can be a bit apprehensive around traffic, gentle reassurance helps him feel more confident. Potty trained and adaptable to crate routines, Rocky is intelligent and responds well to training. He gets along great with other dogs, though he hasn't been tested with cats or children yet.
