AvailableCardamom is a small, four-month-old female domestic longhaired kitten residing in Lafayette, CO. She has been spayed, is house trained, and has all her vaccinations up to date. About Cardamom
Cardamom is as sweet as her name suggests. This adorable little girl adores being held and becomes content when cradled in hands or resting in a lap. You might find her basking in the sun or enjoying a gentle belly rub, as well as playing with her brother, Dill, or with spring toys and crunchy balls. Born on May 31, 2026, Cardamom was part of a litter that faced severe challenges due to a distemper outbreak. Thankfully, she survived, but it left her with balance and coordination difficulties. Cardamom wobbles when she walks, falls over occasionally, and has a wide stance. She can't climb or jump, so her new family must accommodate her needs. Cardamom requires a calm home environment, ideally with less foot traffic and no dogs or young children, as stress makes her wobble more. Her family will need to ensure she has a clean litter box, which she uses in her own unique way. She needs soft surfaces to walk on, like carpet or rugs, as her condition means she requires good grip. Cardamom is currently eating wet food and has become quite enthusiastic about mealtime. Though she may gain strength over time, her wobbling will always be part of her charm. Cardamom is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready for adoption. She would love to find her forever home, preferably with Dill, but if not, a household with a young cat or kitten would be perfect. Ready to meet your new companion? Apply today!
