Scout is a 5-year-old male Vizsla mix, medium-sized with a golden coat. He is house trained, altered, and his vaccinations are up to date. Currently located in Houston, TX, he is ready to find a loving home that can guide him as he adjusts to a new life.

About Scout

Scout is a charming young Vizsla mix looking for his forever home. Rescued from a shelter in Texas as a puppy, he has had a rocky journey, moving from family to family, which has left him feeling shy and uncertain. Now at a shelter in Mission, BC, he waits for someone to help him feel safe again. Scout thrives in a calm environment and needs time to adjust, especially after experiencing instability in his previous homes. Once he trusts you, his affectionate nature shines through. Scout would do best in a home without young children, ideally with kids over the age of 10. He does get along with other dogs but requires patience to adjust to new companions. If you can open your heart to this sweet boy, please consider fostering or adopting him. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
