About Rocky

Rocky is a Bernadoodle and Standard Poodle mix, close to a year old. This handsome boy weighs around 60 pounds and has that beautiful curly coat coming in jet black. He's medium-high energy, so a home with a fenced yard is a must. Rocky will thrive best in a space that allows for regular outdoor adventures. He can be shy and standoffish initially, but once you earn his trust, he loves to cuddle right up next to you. Training is a priority for Rocky; he's still working on his manners, especially around children, and will need a patient adoptive home to help him with that. He does get along well with dogs, but a meet-and-greet is important to ensure a good fit. Cats are something we can test him with, so take that into consideration. Rocky is currently stressed in the shelter environment, and he would truly shine in a loving home where he can relax and grow. This beautiful dog will require effort and commitment, but he's more than worth it! Think you can offer him the dedicated home he needs? Click apply to start the adoption process.
