About Rue

Meet Rue, a vibrant nine-month-old pup ready to fill your home with love. Rue has been through quite a lot at such a young age. Once found starving on the side of the road, she’s now discovering the kindness of humans and the joy of having meals provided. This playful girl thrives on toys and enjoys playing with people, especially older children. Due to her clumsy puppy nature, households with children over six are recommended, as she can be a bit rough at times. She gets along well with other dogs given a gentle introduction, and while Rue is affectionate, she does have some fears stemming from her past, particularly with men wearing baseball caps. Therefore, she needs a supportive family willing to help her adjust, ensuring she builds trust at her own pace. Currently, Rue is still learning the ropes of house training, so patience and encouragement will go a long way. Rue is altered, vaccinated, and is already house trained. Having a fenced yard and owning your home are essential for her new family. This pup has a full future ahead, with plenty of games to play and memories to make. Let’s help her find the safe and loving home she deserves. Click apply to start the adoption process.
