About Tori
Meet Tori, a one-year-old Labrador Retriever mix, weighing around 32 pounds. Rescued from a Memphis shelter, she is now excitedly awaiting her forever home in New England, with transport options available at no extra cost. Tori is a playful girl who thrives on attention and loves interacting with other dogs. While she gets along well with children, she may need a cat-free household since her excitement can lead to her chasing them. An ideal home for Tori would have a fenced yard where she can romp around, and bonus points if there's another dog to keep her company. Currently working on her leash etiquette and house training, Tori is quick to learn. Her foster has been helping her improve, and she already knows how to sit on command! Be prepared to support her as she masters new skills. Tori is also crate-trained and enjoys spending time in her crate, especially at mealtime. Despite some initial skin issues due to a flea allergy, Tori's coat is now looking great with proper care. Continued supplementation, such as salmon oil, can help maintain her healthy shine. This sweet girl is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. All dogs in the program require guidance and training from their adopters to flourish. If Tori sounds like the right companion for you, don't wait to fill out an adoption application. She’s ready to meet her new family!
