About Mickey

Mickey is a charming young Terrier who brings plenty of personality to any space. He came to us from a shelter, where he faced some tough times, including a rough patch with kennel cough. Thankfully, we stepped in to rescue him just before he was set to be euthanized. Now, he’s thriving in a loving foster home. This little guy, weighing around 11 lbs, adores the company of women and other small dogs. He can be a bit shy and fearful of men, so a home with a female-dominant environment would suit him best. Mickey loves to cuddle and enjoys being part of a playful pack. While he’s still learning the ropes of house training and leash walking, he’s making great progress. Mickey does well sleeping in his crate, especially when it’s close to your bedside. With his adorable mohawk, he’s sure to catch the eye of anyone looking for a sweet companion. If you’re considering adopting, it’s essential to be prepared for Mickey’s needs. He’s not suited for homes with young children or with male energy that might intimidate him.
