About Reacher C

Meet Reacher! This shy little guy is gradually learning that people can be trusted, and he’s making progress every day. When rescued, he was frightened and used biting as a defense mechanism. With patience and a little space, he’s starting to feel safer and more comfortable in his foster home. While he might not be ready for handling yet, he enjoys gentle pets in his favorite refuge—his cat tower. You can sense that he’s on the brink of purring; it’ll come soon! Don’t let his timid demeanor fool you—Reacher is still very much a kitten! He loves his feather teaser and tunnel, providing hours of fun as he drags the feather toy while his brothers chase after it. Like any little one, he plays hard and naps even harder. Reacher feels most secure in his room and his cat tower. Being picked up is still daunting for him, but he’s beginning to explore beyond these safe zones, including meeting other pets through slow introductions. He’s fully litter box trained and beginning to reveal more of his personality as his confidence increases. Reacher will thrive with a patient and understanding adopter who respects his boundaries and allows him the time he needs to build trust. He may not yet be a cuddlebug, but every small step forward is a reason to celebrate.
