About Poppy

Meet Poppy! This lovely young dog arrived at the shelter as a stray, and we’re still getting to know her personality. We estimate she’s around 1 year old and currently weighs a healthy 41 pounds. Poppy appears to be house trained, which is always a plus for any new home. However, we believe she won’t do well with cats or small dogs, so a home without them would be ideal. Before adoption, all dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed if they're old enough. Poppy has already been spayed and is ready for her new family. For those interested in meeting her, please fill out an application. Since we are an all-volunteer organization, make sure to call ahead to schedule a Meet & Greet. Poppy is waiting for her forever home, and she’s excited to find it! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
