About Donkey

Meet Donkey, a charming long-haired black kitten who's about six months old. This lively boy was discovered under a bush in Ft. Wright, Kentucky, and has proven to be a real crowd-pleaser. Donkey earned his name from the beloved character in Shrek. He has a knack for squeaking and meowing during car rides, ensuring everyone knows he’s part of the adventure. Once he’s settled in, his affectionate side truly shines. If you’re on the hunt for a cuddly companion, Donkey is your ideal match. He loves people and finds joy in snuggling, making biscuits on blankets, or even kneading the air when he’s particularly happy. His playful nature comes alive as he runs and jumps around, showcasing his agility by leaping off couches and cat trees. With his lovely long coat, Donkey will need regular brushing to keep it looking sharp and snag-free. Health-wise, he’s in great shape, having successfully recovered from a minor upper respiratory infection last August. When it’s time for a meal, Donkey enjoys Purina One Kitten Dry Food and Fancy Feast Kitten Wet Food. If you want a playful, loving kitten with a sweet squeaky voice and a talent for making biscuits, Donkey could be the perfect fit for your home. He thrives on companionship and is ready to bring joy to your family. HART encourages adopting kittens of six months or younger in pairs for a happier transition. Don’t wait—Donkey is excited to meet his new family!
