About Willa
Meet Willa, a charming and playful 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix. This affectionate girl loves to be near her people, showering them with kisses and happiness wherever she goes. Willa’s enthusiasm for life is truly infectious, and she brings joy to everyone around her. Willa was found as a stray in the ambulance bay of a hospital, suggesting a tough start. After settling into her foster home, she has embraced the routine, playfully chasing three older dogs around the yard before collapsing in a sunbeam for a well-deserved nap. She thrives on the company of other dogs, making her an excellent companion if you're looking for a second dog. Her calm demeanor is also great for families; she enjoys following toddlers and taking treats gently from little hands. Willa is fully house trained, crate trained, and leash trained, making her a well-rounded pup ready to join your family. Though she rarely barks and is good in the car, continued training will help her flourish even more in a loving home. Sweet and devoted, Willa eagerly awaits her forever family. Reach out to her foster provider Jess at 651-485-8630 to learn more, or submit an application through the Blackhat Humane Society. Your new friend could be just a click away!
