About Dex

Dex has gradually revealed his charismatic side since arriving in foster care. Initially a little shy, he found his confident footing after a week and has transformed into a charming companion who enjoys human interaction. Once a master of hide-and-seek, Dex now loves being social with visitors and tends to approach them with a friendly demeanor. He prefers to be close but not on your lap, often opting to curl up beside you while giving you space when needed. If you're looking for a cuddle, just give a gentle pat, and he'll snuggle right into your arms. He’s also quite playful, especially with his beloved toy mice, which he can chase with glee. Despite being toothless, Dex enjoys his meals without any need for special attention; he eats both wet and dry food like a champ. His excellent litter-box habits make him a low-maintenance roommate, and he manages his food portions well. Many of his quirks stem from his adjustment during his time in the shelter. While he has the potential to be an affectionate and playful housemate, he may need adopters who have experience with cats. Those who understand the importance of patience will find Dex to be a delightful addition to their home. With time, his loving personality will shine even brighter. In his new home, Dex is bound to bring joy, laughter, and plenty of love. He’s waiting for someone who can appreciate his unique charm and allow him to thrive in a safe environment. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
