About Shiraz

Shiraz thought she had landed in her forever home, and for six amazing months, it seemed like a dream come true. This lovely calico mama was adopted with her kitten, Prosecco, and they began what we hoped would be their happily ever after. Sadly, through no fault of their own, both girls have returned to our rescue and are on the lookout for a new family. Shiraz truly embodies the spirit of a calico—she's beautiful, clever, and has just the right amount of sass. Confident and independent, she lets her preferences be known but doesn't demand constant attention. When she’s ready for affection, expect her to enjoy every pet and cuddle as she takes charge of the moment. There’s a playful side to Shiraz, too. Toys and interactive playtime are her favorites, ensuring her future family will always have fun. Having already raised her kitten and tasted family life, she is ready to experience that sense of belonging again, this time for good. Shiraz seeks a home that appreciates her independence and spirited personality. She may not need a perfect family, but she does need one that can embrace every bit of who she is.
