About Wesley

Wesley is a 10-month-old puppy who narrowly escaped a grim fate in the shelter thanks to a last-minute rescue effort. This affectionate boy thrives on friendship and loves everyone he meets, often wanting nothing more than to curl up in your lap. Described as a love bug, Wesley also shows a friendly disposition towards other dogs. He’s in the process of learning leash manners, as he may back away or feel uneasy when it’s first introduced. However, once outside, his playful and wiggly nature shines through. He’ll need an adopter who understands that he's still learning and can be patient with him. Currently located in Houston, TX, Wesley is looking for a foster or adopter who can provide the love and structure he needs to reach his full potential. He’s ready to become the wonderful companion he’s meant to be. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
