Lady is a mature, female Yellow Labrador mix looking for her forever home in Tampa, FL. At around 4 years old and weighing 70 lbs, she is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, with her heartworm status negative. Lady has shown herself to be leash and potty trained, and she's currently working on crate training. This loving pup faced a tough start in life, having been abandoned in a field after raising her puppies. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan rescued her from the shelter. Initially, Lady was nervous and shy but has rapidly started to gain confidence in her foster home. Now, after just 10 days, she wags her tail, politely accepts treats, and loves cuddling in her doggie bed. Though she may be timid with new people, she reveals a warm and affectionate side once she feels secure. Lady gets along well with cats and small dogs, but has yet to meet larger dogs.
