About Dug

Meet Dug the pug! This playful and affectionate 2-year-old male pug weighs about 21 lbs. He's not just cute; Dug has a lively spirit and loves squeaky balls, brisk walks, and being on a leash. However, he can be a bit reactive around other dogs, so he'll do best as the only pet in an adult-only home. Dug is both house and crate trained, which makes him an easy addition for the right family. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. While Dug tested negative for heartworm, he did test positive for Lyme disease and is currently undergoing a 30-day course of Doxycycline for safety. He’s also on monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Come meet Dug and see if he could be your new best friend. Ready to find his forever home, he’s waiting for someone special to appreciate his silly personality! Your new adventure could begin with him. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
