About Sophie

Sophie is a young female Domestic Short Hair, estimated to be born around June 2, 2025. This orange and white beauty has a gentle soul and a charming way of connecting with her humans. When her foster mom first tried to trap her, Sophie decided naps were more important than trapping; she eventually followed her rescuer, eager to start a new life away from the streets. Though slightly shy at first, she opens up beautifully with just a bit of time and patience. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines through. You'll find her following you around, rubbing against your legs, and if invited, she may happily cuddle on your lap, purring contentedly. Sophie has a delightful voice and loves to chat, especially when treats are involved. She thrives in the company of other cats and would love to share her space with a friendly feline who can help boost her confidence. Her current cat companions aren’t quite as welcoming, so she’d benefit from a social buddy. She’s familiar with small, respectful dogs and would require slow introductions to larger ones, preferring calm, gentle dogs who understand boundaries. Currently being fostered in a bathroom due to other pets, Sophie is eager for a permanent home filled with love, where she can explore and relax. If you're looking for a gentle companion who's affectionate and chatty, Sophie might just be the perfect match for you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
