About Haven
Haven is ready for her forever home! If you have followed Haven’s remarkable journey, you’ll know she’s an inspiring story of resilience. This sweet pit mix came to us critically injured from what seemed to be a hit-and-run incident. She faced a skull fracture, pulmonary contusions, a dislocated hip, and a severe fracture in her left front leg that required amputation. Now, as a tripod, Haven is thriving. Described by her foster as one of the happiest girls, she thrives on companionship. She loves to stay close, takes treats with utmost gentleness, and sleeps soundly through the night. Rarely barking, she’s well-mannered and has adapted beautifully to home life. At 2.5 years old, Haven is house trained, crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs. She's wonderful with new people, affectionate, and eager to learn more commands beyond just sitting. This resilient girl has been through so much more than any dog should have to endure, yet her spirit shines bright. She’s trusting, loving, and patiently awaiting her forever family, ready to share a lifetime of love. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
