About Cedar

Meet Cedar, a delightful baby Plott Hound/Shepherd mix hailing from Uvalde. Rescued during the floods last July by the Footbridge Foundation, she’s now ready to find her forever home. Cedar loves to cuddle and is all about being a companion. She’ll wrap her paw around you and rest her head on your shoulder, making her the perfect snuggly lap dog despite her potential to grow big. At four months old, she’s still figuring out her personality and enjoys following her humans and other dogs around the house to be part of the action. This playful little girl gets along well with other dogs, children, and even has a gentle approach toward cats, making her adaptable to various home environments. Cedar adores plush toys and finds baths to be pure joy, treating them like a giant water bowl where she can hang out and keep you company. Cedar is eager to meet you and show just how sweet and silly she is. If you’re looking for a loving companion, click apply to start the adoption process!
