About Nellie

Meet Nellie! She’s a lovely grey and white female tabby in her youthful prime, at around 5 years old. Nellie came to us in 2021, originally with her siblings, but found herself back in our care after her previous owner thought she had severe allergies. After two years in a plastic cone, she faced significant stress and anxiety, along with being declawed, which left her struggling with excessive grooming. Fortunately, we stepped in, and a thorough vet examination revealed that she just needed some tender love and care. With our dedicated team, Nellie has blossomed. She enjoys gentle brushing now instead of medicated baths and has developed a happy personality. Her fur is once again soft and beautiful, and she’s learning to trust people. Nellie thrives in a calm, quiet environment, ideally without dogs, although she gets along well with other cats. If you feel drawn to Nellie, please submit an application on our website. Every step of the adoption process emphasizes responsible pet ownership, ensuring that she goes to a loving home. Your new best friend is just one click away.
