Both were found abandoned on the streets of Puerto Rico as newborns, and they have been fortunate to receive care and attention since then. Tom is a friendly pup who thrives on human interaction. He’ll be ready to fly to the States soon, searching for a loving family where he can enjoy a safe and comfortable life. While we can only guess his adult size, his mom weighs around 10 to 15 pounds. With all the love and security every puppy should have, Tom is looking forward to soft beds, plenty of food, and, most importantly, a forever home.
