Meet Mr. G. Governor. Gregarious. Gorgeous. This little guy truly embodies all three! He’s the first to greet everyone and knows how to demand attention with his playful antics. With his charming poses for treats, he could easily have his own photo collection. Mr. G wasn’t always this confident. When he was rescued, he was found hiding under a trailer, a familiar sight to those nearby who had been feeding him for over a year. Initially hesitant but not fearful, he allowed a kind stranger to put a leash on him, showing that beneath his cautious exterior lay a loving, playful spirit ready to bond with someone. He is affectionate and thrives on human interaction, loves to chase toys, and even plays fetch with himself! Walks well on a leash, he's crate trained and getting the hang of house training, having only a few accidents. Currently, he lives peacefully with a dog and a cat in his foster home. However, he needs patience in loud settings and help learning boundaries with other animals. It would be beneficial to have a confident dog companion to guide him along the way. Mr. G is ready for a home full of understanding and adventure where he can shine and grow, having finally found the security he always wanted.
