About Salazar
Salazar deserves a forever home that lasts. At just over a year old, this charming Terrier mix from the Harry Potter litter has faced disappointment three times but remains one of the sweetest dogs you’ll meet. He's waiting for a family that will truly commit to him. By nature, Salazar is timid and needs time to feel secure. Once he gets comfortable, his playful side shines through. Whether it’s a game of ball or a cozy cuddle session, he’s all in! However, Salazar is especially shy around men, so an all-female household or one with a patient man would be ideal. His new family should be prepared to earn his trust slowly, allowing him the space he needs. Currently, Salazar is working on potty training, using both outside and potty pads. He requires frequent outdoor breaks and a steady routine to fully transition to outdoor potty habits. This sweet boy deserves stability, kindness, and a family willing to support his learning and confidence building. After three false starts, let’s ensure his next home is his forever home.
