About Leo

Leo is a cheerful and friendly guy who truly lives up to his name as the Love Bug. He’s got a warm personality and makes friends wherever he goes. Extremely dog-friendly, Leo enjoys playtime and can entertain himself by tossing his toys around. He's great with cats too and shows no interest in chasing squirrels or birds. In his foster home, Leo has proven to be low maintenance. He’s house trained and crate trained, staying quiet and content whether in a crate or out. Walks are no problem for him; Leo is well-behaved on a leash and enjoys car rides as well. Though he can be a bit timid around fast movements or loud noises, this doesn’t stop his affectionate nature from shining through. He's sweet and eager to please. At about one year old and weighing roughly 50 pounds, Leo is fully vetted and ready for adoption. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and comes with a registered microchip. Please note that Leo has a prior leg injury that healed incorrectly, but it doesn’t cause him pain and doesn't limit his activity. This lovable boy is great with kids and will thrive in a nurturing environment. If you think Leo could be the right fit for your family, he's waiting for you to apply today!
