Persimmon, a sweet female Lab/Pitty mix, is approximately 4 months old and weighs 20 lbs. She has a beautiful brown/chocolate short coat, is spayed, and her vaccinations are up to date. Percy is currently working on her potty and crate training and is ready to find a loving home in Cedarburg, WI.

About Persimmon

Meet Persimmon, affectionately known as Percy! This sweet girl has been given a new lease on life, thanks to Roadside Rescue Mutts in Mississippi, which saved her just before euthanasia. Discovered as a stray, Percy found herself at a kill shelter in early September. Fortunately, she made her way to Wisconsin with Mutt Life Dog Rescue and is now happily settling into her foster home in Cedarburg. Percy is embracing her new life as a cherished family dog. She's playful and eager to please, soaking up attention like a sponge. Very food motivated, she’s already mastered "no" and has just learned to "sit," making her a delightful little student. Living alongside several other dogs, she gets along wonderfully with everyone. Percy is also great with kids and is expected to adapt well to cats with proper introductions. Currently, she’s working on potty training, crate training, and leash manners. Since she’s still a puppy, her new family will need to continue with her training to help her grow into a well-rounded companion. With her charming personality and enthusiastic nature, Percy is on track to be an amazing addition to the right home.
