Meet Charlie! This 11-month-old Shih Tzu boy has a big heart and a perfect smile that can brighten anyone's day. He quickly became friends with his larger dog foster brother, proving he loves all canines with the right introduction. Charlie is also comfortable around kids, bringing warmth and fun to the family atmosphere. Though playtime is a favorite, cuddling is where Charlie truly shines. He loves to snuggle up next to his humans on the couch or be safely tucked in their arms. While he's smaller than the resident cats, he's respectful and mostly ignores them, making him a great fit for a home with feline friends. Charlie is up to date on vaccines and microchipped but hasn’t been neutered yet. His adoption fee is set at $500, with a $100 neuter deposit. Charlie is currently fostered in La Crescent, MN.
