A kind-hearted Good Samaritan found her, and she was rushed to safety after being rescued from a tough situation. Despite having an injured right eye that will be removed during her upcoming spay surgery, Loti remains cheerful and full of joy. It's truly amazing that such a small fluff ball could survive outdoors in Texas, where there are many potential predators. Loti loves being held and will be an excellent lap dog for anyone seeking a sweet companion. Her soft, fluffy coat will need regular brushing to avoid matting. She prances around with her adorable curly tail and is small enough to join you in a carry bag. Loti is social and gets along well with everyone, including children aged 8 and older, who may better appreciate her trusting nature and petite size. A condo-sized yard will suit her just fine; she enjoys some playtime and is energetic while not requiring extensive exercise. Loti is set to receive her vaccinations, and she will soon be spayed. She can be adopted locally in Texas or transported to several states, including Washington and Vermont. Loti is looking forward to finding her forever home.
