BOO! Meet our spooky, special kitty, Boo! This charming, approximately 1.5-year-old male is an all-black Domestic Medium/Long Hair. Boo arrived at Chi Town Rescue after being trapped and neutered by a TNR group when he was about six months old. The hope was that he would transition from his stray beginnings to a more sociable companion. He's still somewhat of a project cat, making it essential for him to find a patient and experienced home. Boo has shown progress. He's begun to rub against the legs of people he trusts and allows brief pets along his back or tail—but only when he feels comfortable initiating that connection. He enjoys a tasty treat like kitty yogurt and will excitedly lick it off your fingers. He's tolerant of other cats and shares space well, though he prefers to keep to himself.
