About Luna

Lovely little Luna was left to fend for herself after her family lost their home. A neighbor noticed Luna's growing belly and reached out to AFC for help. Shortly after her arrival at the sanctuary, she gave birth to five adorable puppies. Thankfully, a foster home stepped in to care for Luna and her little ones. Now, with all her puppies happily placed in new homes, it's Luna's turn to find her forever family. At nearly 3 years old and weighing 12 pounds, Luna is a Poodle mix who embodies cuteness. She mastered the doggie door while in her foster home and enjoys snuggling up in bed at night. Known as a little shadow, Luna tends to follow her humans everywhere. Her small size makes her the perfect companion for anyone wanting a portable pet. Although she's scheduled to be spayed in November, she is ready to meet her potential adopters now. Regular professional grooming will keep her looking her best. Does Luna sound like a good fit for you? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
