About Jack
Meet Jack. If you’re searching for a dog full of love, Jack is your guy. At just 7 months old and weighing 37 pounds, he recently made the journey from a shelter in Arkansas to Virginia, hoping to find a real home. Jack is outgoing and friendly, always eager to be around people. He adores affection, enjoys being held, and he’ll lean in to give you warm, gentle hugs and big, wet kisses. Fantastic with kids and great with other dogs, he’s ready to fit seamlessly into a busy family. Smart and food-motivated, Jack has quickly picked up things like sitting, having mastered it in under an hour. He loves dog toys and plays fetch impeccably, bringing the ball back every time. His amusing puppy charm shines through in his playful antics and goofy, clumsy runs. Jack’s history hasn’t been easy; he was found as a stray before getting to the shelter. Now, in his foster home, he’s learning house rules. While he may not yet be completely house trained, his eagerness to please suggests he will adapt quickly. With a heart of gold and plenty of potential, he just needs someone to give him the loving chance he deserves. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
