About Mabel

Meet Mabel, a sweet and beautiful girl ready to find her forever home. Rescued as a tiny puppy in rural Missouri, she made her way to Omaha where she was vetted and prepared for adoption. Unfortunately, after a year in her first home, she was returned—her energy being too much for her previous family. Mabel is only 1.5 years old and indeed full of life and spunk. Friendly and playful, Mabel loves people and other dogs. She enjoys fetch and can have a good time on her own with toys too. Mabel has proven herself to be house trained and crate trained, showing good manners while staying with her foster. She loves going for walks, has quickly learned how to heel, and is treat-motivated which makes her enthusiastic about training. Mabel is also great in the car and enjoys bath time. This medium-sized pup weighs 50 lbs and has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is current on all preventative care. Mabel is looking for a committed and loving home where she can receive plenty of attention and exercise. She would thrive with a resident dog or playdates, and a fenced yard (no electric fences) would be ideal. If Mabel sounds like the right companion for you, she's eager to bring joy to your life. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
