Meet Luisa! Luisa is an adorable 2-month-old Chihuahua puppy who was rescued alongside her mom. One of the smaller girls from her litter, she has inherited many delightful features from her mother. We suspect Luisa may grow up with a longer, fluffier coat than her sisters, which will make her stand out even more. Though a bit shy around new people, Luisa has a charming way of asking for affection. As you approach her, her tiny tail wags like a helicopter, inviting you to come closer. It’s hard not to smile at her sweet demeanor. Once she feels at ease, Luisa loves to be close to her humans, soaking up affection. She is gentle and will thrive in a patient home that allows her the time to gain confidence and explore her surroundings at her own pace. Luisa gets along well with children, cats, and other dogs, happily playing with her puppy siblings. As she grows, her personality will continue to blossom. Currently fostered in Mexico, Luisa is set to travel to the United States once she finds her forever home.
